We are JMF Builders Inc., a family-owned, licensed and insured general contracting company led by brothers Jimmy and Mauricio Giron. With more than 15 years of construction experience, we have built our company around quality workmanship, integrity and dependable service.
We proudly serve homeowners throughout the Bay Area, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, ADUs, additions, roofing and new construction. We approach every project with careful planning, attention to detail and respect for our clients’ homes.

Jimmy, Mauricio, and the entire crew at JMF Builders Inc. did an awesome job installing the faux-marble panels on the ceiling & walls of our office restroom. In addition, they installed various wall fixtures. And finally, their painter (Hernan) did a wonderful job as well, painting the door frame & trim. We are blown away by the final result. I've had the chance to work with JMF Builders on a project in San Jose, and they run a very solid operation. Communication was clear from the start, schedules were organized, and everything stayed on track throughout the job. As a subcontractor, it makes a big difference working with a GC that actually coordinates the job well and respects the trades on site. Their team was easy to work with, professional, and kept things moving without the usual chaos you see on a lot of projects. Overall, a great experience working with JMF Builders.
